Our Story

We got good at finding deals. Really good.

We all started underwriting properties at 16 — put ourselves out there and built the connections the hard way. We built a statewide network of agents, wholesalers, and contractors before any of us could legally sign a contract without a parent.

After closing over 50+ deals and expanding into Arizona through a partnership with Pace Morby, we realized the playbook we built was worth more than any single flip. So we opened the doors.

Four Flippers is where the next wave of young investors learns to find, underwrite, and close deals — not from a course, but from people actively doing it.

Who can join Four Flippers?

Anyone can join. Whether you are just getting interested in real estate or already finding deals, you are welcome in the community.

Do I need to live in Atlanta or Phoenix?

No. You can join from anywhere. Our online education and calls let you connect remotely. Office time, shadowing, and in-person events take place locally, so consider travel when choosing a tier.

Do I need real estate experience?

You can start as a beginner. The Education tier includes an underwriting video, weekly group calls, and biweekly one-on-one calls to help you build your knowledge.

What is the difference between the memberships?

Education focuses on online learning and calls. Access adds more one-on-one time, office access, a private Facebook group, and deal access. Inner Circle offers shadowing, individual deal breakdowns, more office time, and closer involvement with the team. See the membership cards for the full inclusions.

Are there monthly and annual options?

Yes. Education is $149 per month or $1,600 per year. Access is $349 per month or $3,800 per year. Inner Circle is $549 per month or $6,000 per year.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. Membership purchases are non-refundable. Review your chosen tier and ask any questions before purchasing.
